The Reed interview is relaxed, a conversation between mutually interested parties. The subject is Why Reed. How to get at this is up to you and your interviewer. Your challenge is to go into the conversation with some knowledge of Reed, a few good questions, and a willingness to grapple with the Reed experience.
Prospies, this is your chance to request an interview with a Reed alumnus/-a in your area. You can discuss your academic and scholarly ambitions, your hopes and dreams, even concerns, all with a person who cares about higher education and wants you to understand the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Think of this less as an interview, and more of a chance to discuss the road ahead with one who has trodden the path. So says Homer before the daring night raid:
