If I had time to spare, I was much more likely to sit or walk in quiet (or maybe wander off on my bicycle).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>None of this has been changed by the New Truth. Maybe we really weren&#8217;t all that different from each other? <em>Medi<\/em>a? <em>Medi<\/em>tation? First 4 letters the same! Whether we mock our troubles, or invite them to a heart-to-heart, we all have to cope somehow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a list that will help you keep a light heart.
