Afterward I asked the student what that was all about and she re-wrote it for me:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><u><b>AlB<\/b><\/font><\/u>ert is <u><b>SiC<\/b><\/font><\/u>k and in <u><b>P<\/b><\/font>ai<b>N<\/b><\/font><\/u>, <b><u>SO<\/u> <u>I Br<\/u><\/b><\/font><u>ought <b>Cl<\/b><\/font>ean <b>F<\/font><\/b><\/u>orks<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This little ditty helped her remember which elements were found in the same column of the periodic table.
