The only<br \/>\nthing that needs to be accomplished by most students is printing the NMR<br \/>\n spectrum of acetylferrocene. This can be done during the lab periods<br \/>\nthis week, but you can also do it on your own.<\/p>\n<p>\nInstructions for printing the NMR spectrum have been added to the <b>Week<br \/>\n#3<\/b> section of the acetylferrocene <a href=\"http:\/\/academic.reed.edu\/chemistry\/alan\/201_202\/lab_manual\/Expt_ferrocene\/procedure.html\"><b>procedure<\/b><\/a> (see lab manual). Please<br \/>\nnote that two pages are required.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe lab assistants will be available in the lab from 1-1:30 each day<br \/>\nthis week. If no one comes to lab by 1:30, they will go into the<br \/>\ncomputer room to help out there. If no 201 students seek their help in<br \/>\nthe computer room by 2:00, the lab assistants will be free to leave.<br \/>\nAfter that, all NMR printing will have to be unassisted.<\/p>\n<p>\nInstructions for writing the acetylferrocene <a href=\"http:\/\/academic.reed.edu\/chemistry\/alan\/201_202\/lab_manual\/Expt_ferrocene\/report.html\"><b>lab report<\/b><\/a> have also been<br \/>\nupdated. I will give one final lecture on NMR spectroscopy that also<br \/>\npertains to the lab report. This will be the Thursday evening *after*<br \/>\nThanksgiving, Dec 2.
