As Kelly told <a href=\"http:\/\/katu.com\/news\/local\/science-on-tap-lectures-a-beer-a-hot-science-topic-and-did-we-mention-beer\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Channel 2 (KATU)<\/strong><\/a>, &#8220;<em>This was an enormous challenge because&nbsp;what I want to do is not get lost in the weeds. I think a lot of time with scientists it&#8217;s really&nbsp;easy to get too bogged down by details, but I also want to be accurate.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/static-35.sinclairstoryline.com\/resources\/media\/0737f4d0-0378-4ffd-8ef0-f34ad4f435f9-medium36x25_tap7.JPG?1483653511382\" width=\"266\" height=\"185\"><\/p>\n<p>Watch the <a href=\"http:\/\/katu.com\/news\/local\/science-on-tap-lectures-a-beer-a-hot-science-topic-and-did-we-mention-beer\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>video<\/strong><\/a> of Kelly and Science on Tap appearing on yesterday&#8217;s KATU 6 o&#8217;clock news.
