To document this work I have put together several tutorials and resources for students and faculty to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>I have created an interactive geocoding application that students can use to geocode a single address or location <a href=\"https:\/\/rich.shinyapps.io\/geocoder\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>. I have also embedded a version of this application below. The application contains links to the source code and reference materials on the geocoding API.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, there is an example on the <a href=\"http:\/\/reed.edu\/data-at-reed\/resources\/R\/geocoding.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Data@Reed webpage<\/a> that shows how to apply the geocoding function to an entire data set.
