{"id":41,"date":"2014-01-29T17:37:47","date_gmt":"2014-01-30T01:37:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.reed.edu\/quantblog\/?p=41"},"modified":"2015-01-23T15:36:33","modified_gmt":"2015-01-23T23:36:33","slug":"latex-for-physics-202-links-from-29-january-session","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.reed.edu\/ed-tech\/2014\/01\/latex-for-physics-202-links-from-29-january-session\/","title":{"rendered":"Workshop: LaTeX for Physics 202"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This afternoon I presented some basics of LaTeX (what is it, why would I not\/want to use it, how do I use it) to Physics 200 students who were tasked with writing their lab reports using LaTeX.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->We started with the requisite slides and spent most of the hour-long session working through a template modeled on their eventual expected end-product.
