Triggering (trauma response)<br \/>\u2022 Former HumPlay director: need more communication between leaders<br \/>o Older directors should advise new directors<br \/>\u2022 What decides communal discomfort?<br \/>\u2022 Intent is important<br \/>o Assume good intent<br \/>o Be aware of issues of malice<br \/>o Surprise makes it beautiful<br \/>\u2022 How does Honor inform informal confrontations?<br \/>\u2022 Fairness: Honor Principle asks us to go beyond what is fair.
