With the return of warm weather (and more likely to follow in August), you might have some cool walks planned for your mornings or evenings.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It turns out that walking with awareness is one of the forms of meditation that the Buddha recommended to his followers over 2,000 years ago.
