Winter in the canyon with snow
earlier this week the lake had been more covered in snow; this weekend should have another few inches added.
Winter canyon morning
I’ve been meaning to get out and get some pictures of the canyon while the snow is still around; it’s slowly melting off today, though another storm is expected tomorrow.

Nutria
What I originally thought was a beaver turned out to be an North American River Otter a nutria (thanks to Matt, our sharp-eyed worker in Reed College’s mLab).
