With fall here and Halloween upon us, we are looking for more orange! So this previous Sunday, Bidwell and some friends ventured out to Sauvie Island’s pumpkin patch to pick their own. Upon arrival, we were immediately charmed by Sauvie sheeps! After we resisted getting one of our own ‘kommie’ sheep, we moved straight for a cart and to the field!
Though the day started with gray covered skies and cloudy breaths, the sun joined us just in time for lunch.
Sunshine, cinnamon sugar elephant ears, death-by-chocolate cookies, caramel popcorn, home-packed sandwiches and the neon glowing patches in the horizon…
What better way to break away from campus for a few hours than this :]
