The German and French Language Houses collaborated on the Spring Bal-Folk Event which took place on April 19th in the Quad.
We provided some authentic German cuisine in the form of Otto’s Sausages, bayerischer Kartoffelsalat (Bavarian Potato Salad), a selection of Artisan Mustards, and a strawberry cream cake to top it all off. We started with 150 Hot Dogs and 40 Veggie Dogs, and every one of them was eaten!
We also brought a traditional French Band who put on a great show, and hosted a dance workshop in the SU.
All in all, it was a great success! Thanks for coming everybody!
