Today’s the big day! Though less flashy than presidential election years, midterm elections are equally high stakes and determine congressional representation for a given district, the status of local initiatives, and more. Oregonlive has a voter guide which breaks down the candidates and initiatives to be voted on in today’s midterm elections.
You can vote in Portland if:
- you registered to vote in Oregon by October 14th
- you already have an Oregon voting ballet, which was sent in the mail
A list of official and unofficial ballot drop off sites can be found here. Ballots must be received by 8pm tonight to be counted!
The closest ballot drop off to Reed is at the Woodstock Library, located just a mile east of campus.
