Get Off-Campus: Greek Fest

I basically started writing these posts so I could tell you all to go to Greek Fest.

What: 61st Annual Portland Greek Festival

Who: Everybody! Tokens are available when you arrive but there is no admission fee

Where: Holy Trinity Greek Orthadox Cathedral, 3131 NE Glisan

When: 10/5-10/6 11-8pm and 10/7 12-7pm

Why: This is such a great event I can’t really even explain why it’s a great event. You basically just go and eat Greek food and complain about all the people. Maybe if you are really motivated you look at the schedule and watch some dancing. Regardless, there are what I generally view as honey-coated fried donut balls and that should be enough for you.

How: Take the 19 toward downtown and then just don’t get off until you cross the river twice and then see what is clearly the Greek Fest.
