Summer may be waning, but autumn brings the annual migration of alumni to the Oregon Coast, October 15-17! For the uninitiated, Camp Westwind is a family-friendly, three-day extravaganza of food, friends, and scenery at the mouth of the Salmon River just north of Lincoln City.
The camp includes many rustic–yet heated–cabins, hot showers, a beautiful main lodge for socializing and meals, hiking trails, and a gorgeous stretch of Oregon coastline. Each year is different, but you can expect breathtaking scenery, delicious food, entertaining talent shows, and great company for all ages–all this, plus transportation to and from the Reed campus, for $150 per person over age 10 ($95 for ages 3-10, and kids under 3 are free!).
