New Language Lab website

The Language Lab at Reed has a new website! You can access it at www.reed.edu/language_resources/.

The main page includes links to the drop-in tutoring schedule for foreign languages and a list of media available at the IMC by language.

Use the menu on the left to find resources for modern languages offered at Reed. A menu for each language provides options for categories of resources, such as typing help and online dictionaries.

Class-specific resources, such as audio files for textbooks, are on the main page for each language. Once you’ve selected a language, links to different categories of resources for that language are available on the menu on the left of the page.

I’m very excited that the new website layout provides us the space to include short summaries of each resource and information about how to use the resource. We’ve also revamped the General Language Resources page to include more information on popular language-learning applications and provide resources for exploring languages not offered at Reed.

If you have questions about the resources on the Language Lab website or have suggestions for resources to add, please get in touch with Beth Platte!
