Wasting Time?

“My meditation practice was a godsend to me because it allowed me to relax while not feeling like I was frittering away precious time” – Brad Warner, “How to Not Waste Time” (Tricycle, Summer 2012)

Next session, Wednesday, March 18, 12:10-12:40 pm

Join Reedies and their guests for our once-a-week silent meditation session. All sessions during March-April 2026 will be held on Wednesdays.

Our March 18  session will be hybrid with in-person and online options.

In-person option: Eliot Chapel (enter from Admission office stairwell or 2nd floor hallway)

Online option: Zoom

https://zoom.us/j/639700409

Whichever option you choose, sit with Alan (Chapel or online), other Reedies, and campus visitors, anytime between 12:10 and 12:40 pm for silent meditation. You don’t need to show up on time or stay to the end. And, if you only have a few minutes to spare, just take a seat and hide the phone. Bells will be rung every 10 minutes for in-person attendees. You can be on your way when you hear the bell. Advance registration is not required.

Check out Our Schedule to see our full meditation schedule for March & April ’26. And also check out Our Practice which offers information for participants that is specific to in-person and online participation.
