Welcome to this site! My goal with my blog this year (2008-09) is primarily to use this space to disseminate information about the new ICCS (Intercollegiate Center for Classical Studies) program in Catania, Sicily. This program is beginning life this September — my colleague, Matt Panciera of Gustavus Adolphus college in MN, myself and the 15 students joining us this Fall are its first colonists….
